How to locate Vanco External Family ID#'s

When a parishioners contributions are not coming over into Gabriel correctly it is typically due to incorrect mapping.  To correct this the parish will need to locate the Vanco External Family ID# and provide that to our Customer Support team so we can correct the mapping for the parishioner in question.  

To locate the Vanco External Family ID# please log into the Vanco Service Center.  Select credit/debit/echeck tab > add/edit member > search for the member > enter last name > search. Their "Family ID", will be listed as "Member ID" and found to the right of their name. 

Please copy this Member ID# (copy and paste this number to ensure accuracy of the number) in the ticket that you submit to the Gabriel Customer Support Team and we will correct the parishioners mapping.
