When using Power BI how often is the frequency of back-up refreshes for our Gabriel data?

The updated data is always available. Gabriel suggests refreshing your data once a week when using Power BI.  Power BI should be used for analysis as opposed to operational reporting.   

Day to day operational reporting can be done within the Gabriel application using excel downloads (Downloading Family, Member, Family Tags and Committee Member Records), the Fundraising Report (Fund Raising Contributions Report) or any reports currently available in your Report Library.

To refresh your data in Power BI click on the Refresh button and this will update your Power BI to the latest information contained in your Gabriel application.
